Fished my favorite lake after work. I caught one bass on the east side that was about two pounds. I let it go and kept fishing. I got to the north side of the lake and threw my jig by a big fallen log and as soon as it hit the water my line started going sideways. I set the hook and the fight was on! He fought a little bit and then when he got by the boat he took off and really started to fight. Tons of splashing. It was great. I got him in the boat and he was 21.5" and weighed 4 pounds 12 ounces. He is my biggest of the year to date. Of course I let him go to fight another day.
