Well, I hit this little lake, its one of my favorites, and along with a couple of hawks and a pair of buffleheads, I went fishing. I tried a number of flies, and received one heck of a strike on a bunny matuka streamer on my first cast. A gray hackle peacock took some small fish that were feeding sporadically near the surface, wooly buggers fished about 10 feet down had several good strikes and one long line release when the fish cleared the water, by a good 2 feet. I then settled into chiro fishing with an indicator and caught 2 nice keepers. Both fish were cutt-bows, one 11", the other 13". Boy were they tasty!
