Started about 645am today down in Castle Rock area to see if I could catch me a silver. Saw alot jumping first thing sun uprotection was only able to get one to bite for 3 hrs. Watched a kid across river catch a silver with a bright orange spinner.

After that I moved up to barrier dam to see the action up there. When I arrived I noticed alot of people still catching kings. So I figured why not try. It's fun no matter what and I saw a few that were still decent color being pulled.

After about an hour a buddy of mine hooked into a nice 15+ lpl king and got it to shore (pictured) I hooked up with 4 more fish but was only able to get one to the bank and boy was she wore out. (Picture) overall my buddy and I went 2 for 6 for salmon

Gotta be a little more patient and wait for the push of the coho!
