Quick report here. Went out to fish the sky and limited twitching jigs. Two came on 1/4oz pink/black and other on 1/4oz white/purple/pink. Fished above Monroe but below Sultan. Big deep holes and structure are where you will find them such as logs, stumps, islands, big rocks and drop offs. Just because they don't jump and roll doesn't mean there not there. Particular hole I was fishing was pretty dead as far as jumpers but from past experience I knew held fish. No scent needed. Fast short twitches on the bottom was the ticket today. Good Luck.
