Went to the Wallace after work yesterday with mofishes. The water was much lower than expected and very clear. Didnt see any coho. Also tried the Prison hole on the Sky, water looked good up about 2 feet from last week, but didnt see any fish there either. We used various techniques at both locations with no luck.
Ill be hittin the Stilly this week then upper skagit this weekend to see whats going on up there.

I fished the Wallace Monday night as well and was surprised how much the water had gone down in a day. No Coho and I have been hearing a nasty rumor about the Wallace closing because of the lack of Coho returning. Each of the past 4 years I have watched the run in the Wallace diminish, not just the Coho either.
