Got to the river at 715 am, not many fish jumping. About 40 minutes in I get a hit, I see the fish roll and looks like it could be a coho, but then it spits the hook. About 30 mins later I get a big hit and it's a 24 inch buck! My first ever adult coho in the river! Very exciting stuff. Thanks for the quick net job by RatherBeFishing. Fished for a couple more hours but didn't get anything after I lost the jig I was using. Landed the fish on a hot pink and purple 1/4 oz Maribou jig with a piece of shrimp on the hook for some flavor. Guy next to me hooked a pink and a coho with similar color scheme jigs, I saw a coho chase my green marabou also. Gonna cook this guy on a cedar plank, good luck everyone!
