Went a few hundred yards down from the forks to try for some coho. Got 3 pinks to the bank. 2 in the mouth 1 big buck in the top fin, all released. I had many more bites. Looking to find an early coho. maybe this weekend will be better. I was lazy and didnt switch out gear much. had all my pinks on a tiny green frog pattern dicknite. small weight and drifting with small twitches worked best for pinks. Ill be trying lower on the river saturday morning to see whats going on down there.

Tough weird year so far! Picking a few fish here and there but really slow from all I talk to. White Church, Silvana area and on down Norman Rd headed to Marine View Dr. Three words tonight: Pray For Rain! One can only hope...

fish the snohomish, ive caught at least one coho on 4/4 trips that i specifically targetted them.
