Got up early this morning before work and hit the river up around Flora. I haven't been down there for a few weeks since the "hoot owl" restrictions kicked in. In slightly over an hour of fishing I caught 17 smallies and lost a few more to jumping fish shaking the hook. No size to any of them at all but a good time all the same. I brought two poles, one with a fly/bobber setup and another with a swivel I changed between a two small countdown Rapalas and a small Pop-R. The fly/bobber combo outfished the other 15-2! I only wish there was a bit more size to them, my second outing to this spot I caught one that was at least 3 times larger than the best one caught today.

Flora Rd is between Sullivan and Barker but does not have a bridge over the river. You can access the Centennial Trail from the South side (or I've seen people go in from the North but not sure that it isn't posted no trespassing). I went down there yesterday morning and got 7, all smaller than the last time. Not sure where the big ones are hanging out.
