Started out as a great day at Rocky Ford.
Big bows were charging #16 midges on the surface. My 11 year old son caught the best fish of the morning. Better than any Christmas present he received under the tree.
Things turned sour pretty quickly however when some idiots up on the ridge started "target shooting" - seven or eight bullets whizzed by our heads (real close). Made a quick decision to get the "H..."out of there.
Never had that happen before. Real geniuses !!!
