Me and my fishing buddy and his son hit the puyallup early and when we started it wasn't until about an hour or so later that we saw the first other risers to come out and fish. It was good practice for his son. No crowds for him to learn his casting. But it was dead there. Saw a few little fish break water and that was it. We left after 3 hours. In total there was about 15 people that showed up at the treatment plant and left.
