Bank fished the Skagit near Concrete. No bites except a few excited Dolly's. This is my first year trying for river coho, so I'm working to get over the learning curve. Fished the first 4 hours with a Brad's Wiggler, then switched to a silver/purple Vibrax. There were fish rolling, though few and far between. Looked as though 3 schools moved through while I was there. I was surprised to see fish and not get any hits on the Wiggler.
