My son and I hit the river in our small boat about 11am on Sunday, 10/5 and fished until about 3pm. We saw a lot of fish jump. We had a lot of bites (some from small fish stealing our bait) and had a few on but lost them. We found a couple of good holes that had fish in them that we could see but still no luck. We mainly used brined shrimp on spinners but also tried floating jigs. Again, no luck.

We still had fun, though. It was a beautiful day to be on the water. Of course, every day on the water is a good day. :-)
