Tried my luck this morning on the outgoing tide. Bite was on early on, but didn't last very long. Seen a few landed, but mostly jacks. Didn't see very many fish rolling at all. Hooked two early on, on back to back casts. Fished a while longer, and hooked a few more. Got done, just as it started raining again.

So what has the ratio been between adults and jacks this season. Almost all the fish I have seen out of the Green this year are technically jacks, ie less than 20" long.

5-1 Adults to jacks. Not too many mini jacks, I've seen quite a few 19" super jacks. I've been seeing a lot bigger fish around 26-27" lately. Smallest fish in my picture, was a little over 24 1/4".

Man, that's really great. I haven't caught any jack Coho yet this year, but the biggest adult I've caught has been 24". Smallest was 21". Hope to see some bigger fish in the near future.
