headed out this morning to see if the omens would live up to there name. Well got the hatchery around 5 and there was already cars lined up. 6 o clock came down and everyone drove in, got out the car and did the good ol 6 am reiter dash. stayed til 9am and called it quits. saw 2 fish caught out of 30 or so fisherman that were there. saw 3 fisherman on the highway side. I lost about 5 jigs on the trees above me and on the boulders. maybe its still to early in the season. Does anyone know the count of steelies running up this river this season?
