Fished the run from the Blue Creek Boat Launch down to the mouth of Blue Creek. Floated jigs of various colors, drifted shrimp and eggs, drifted a bead, no luck. Not a single fish on the bank all morning and no luck for the boat guys. Only about 6 rigs in the parking lot. Went down to the handicap fishing area to see if any fish were making it into the hatchery, nothing swimming in there. Pretty dead. It was a nice morning though with the snow on the ground. Besides the lack of fish, it was a picture perfect day of winter steelhead fishing. Water was really clear, pretty high, and running pretty fast compared to the other day.
