Hit the Green today at 7:00am by the 104th street curve for about 45 min floating a jig tipped with prawn and nothing. 4 others around me weren't doing any better and didn't see any fish jumping or rolling. Packed up and went to flaming geyser park and fished a couple holes for 3 more hours and nary a nibble. Tried floating jigs, jigging, spoons, spinners, and eggs, no takers. Talked to a couple of other anglers and they all had the same story. I was hoping the rain would have pushed more into the river, but I guess they're not hungry if they're here.

Same story here. Started out at Metzler and finished below 18 bridge. Saw a few chum pulled out at Metzler and helped one guy land a nice steelhead, but the bite was slow. Metzler got too crowded, felt like a hundred floats in a 50 yard space.

No action here either. Fished down in Orillia. Tried drifting corkies, yarn & shrimp... nothing. Didn't even see any surfacing.

Make the drive to other rivers. There are plenty of rivers within 90 minutes that are on fire right now!

Yea, same here. Spend Saturday on Geyser for half morning but nada, zito, zipo. Not sure where they all gone to? Are we done for the season? Which river is good now? Just want to catch something. Coming home empty handed will throw me in the dungeons. :-)
