fished the outgoing tide at codiga with no luck. Mostly used Dick Nites (lost like 4 of em) and spinners. There were quite a few fish surfacing, some bright and some with a slight rose color. A seal even made it's way up there and scared the living crap out of me when it caught a fish. Next time ill bring some eggs to see if they'll bite
