Fished the Green River today in Green Valley near the christmas tree farm. It was an absolutely beautiful, sunny morning and the water was very clear. fished for about 3 hours with no real steelhead sightings or hits. Was using a sand shrimp w/ white yarn and a red sparkle corky and shrimp scent. Hooked two 20-25 inch white fish who put up a minimal fight, was suprised to even hook them at all considering my tackle. Better then nothing tho!! Hope to catch something before the season closes on the 1st.
