Fished the upper sky just below Index. Hooked into 1 within first couple casts, floated size 2 red owner small cluster roe. Hundreds of fish. Fish are very weary, and afraid of their own shadow. Had my best chances before sunlight or after. Was up in the same area weekend prior got 1 on first cast a 7:00am and one the next day about 7:15am.
