Fished above the prison hole and all the water between there and Lewis ST. bridge. There was a good number of fish pushing their way up and jumping around. Drifted eggs, threw all kinds of hardware, and some plugs. Out of 4 guys no one got a hit. Did loose a cut, but it was better he came off then me needing to release him. Vowed two weeks ago I wouldnt fish the river until it rained, but found myself up there again today...
