I bank fished the lower nooch with no luck as well as 2 others I saw fishing but there were tons of swimmers out, I would not bother going till the hot weather changes or you know the swimmers are gone, most fishing holes were crowded with swimmers and rafters. Only saw one fish moving upstream, that apparently swam towards my jig than decide it other plans according to a guy up on the bridge, boy was I ready to set the hook hard! Water was low and very very clear, Good Luck!
