My friend and I got to the river around 3 am so we could get a good spot. We fished young's bar and the bite was slow but I did manage to get 2 ashore weighing 8.10 and 5.7. Both fish were really chrome and both put up a fight! It rained most of the morning but we had set up a tarp so we could stay dry. I was done fishing by noon but my buddy stayed out a little longer and managed to land a 6 pounder.
All in all it was a good day for us, fish and game came by and checked us out and said that they havn't seen any fish yet except ours... Its still early so hopefully the weather will clear up and the river will go down soon. FISH ON!!!!!
