I arrived at Reiter at 5 am and was about 7th in line. At 6 am there was a mad dash of about 20-25 trucks down to the parking lot. Guys jumped out with rods in hand, and RAN down to the river. Ever see a grown man run... go to Reiter.
The water was super high, and the trail was under water by 1 or 2'. There wasn't enough room for everybody, and some had to turn back and go somewhere else. I was only there for 45 minutes because my rod tip busted off. You get guys 6' apart with 10' rods, something bad will happen. ****! brand new Lamiglas too.
Four guys on there way down when I was walking out.
