Hit the Green River at flaming geyser, i was fishng a pink worm and my buddy was fishing a bobber and jig(this was his first time steelhead fishing)after 15-20 drifts with the jig he wanted to try fishing bait, so i put on orange yarn and sand shrimp under his bobber. about 5 casts into fast water his shrimp was long gone and with a sz.1 owner hook and orange piece of yarn, jake hooked his first steelhead, a good 3 minute battle in and out of the fast and we had it banked, a beautiful 12lb hatchery buck right as the sun was going down.
