Went out to Harry Todd park to fish the pier approx. 6 pm. met up with an old man who gave us the scoop on fish depth, about 4-5 feet, put our bobbers on and went at it. First warning most of the fish are small... under 6 inches, but after hanging out until about 8 pm my wife had her pole nearly yanked off the dock, she reeled it in and had an 18 inch rainbow, so that was definitly the highlight for everyone fishing that night. As far as the rig went, just a regular night crawler one small weight, and medium bobber with 4 feet of leader. Went down the next night and saw a similar sized Rainbow caught at the same spot. So the big ones are out there, it's just a matter of doing it right. Oh, by the way, those little ones are swallowing the hooks whole, so figure out what you'll ned to stop that so they can fatten up for next year.
