I went to the 115thst hole on the Puyallup River from 2-4:30pm. I used corkies and yarn of different colors with shrimp scent. I even twitched a jig for a bit. Nothing for me but I did see 3 fish caught that looked bright from my vantage point. The water was clear and running at 1360cfs.
The sun was out but it was a cold afternoon, not freezing like this morning. I haven’t been here in 2 years, I think, and the river has changed a little. I was surprised to see 2 plunkers fishing big gobs of eggs. This is the first time I ever saw plunkers here. They didn't get anything either.
I did have a good experience. I did not loose any gear!

You are right I fished the end of November to Dec. I don't really remember. I know they closed it for coho last year at the time my daughter got sick and died.
