Fished Kapowsin for an hour and a half this morning. I circled the island fishing the logs and lily pads near the shore. I used a beadhead nymph with a fast retrieve, and caught bluegill, rock bass, and a couple small largemouth.
There weren't many people on the lake, but everyone I talked had done alright. Trout and bass are biting.
