Fished the Duwamish(close to southcenter/westfield Mall) just at high tide this morning and saw small schools of silvers rollin downstream of where I was standing, after a few cast and retrieves I had 2 followers that didn't bite and a few cast later I hook up a smaller bright one, about 15 minutes later I catch the bigger buck(wasn't so dark when I caught it but transformed into a darker color as it was laying there on the bank(yuck); about an hour later I hook a bigger nice bright one and lose it right at the bank. Here are the 2 lures I used.

Nice report - didn't think I would see any more successfull silver reports that low in the system. Good job!...phivalus - the Green & Duwamish are the same river, Green turns into Duwamish right about Fort Dent (I just use I-405 as the cutover).

Isn't it suppose to be barbless? If so, those hooks are obviously not.....

Nice report!!!

@FishinFool - Barbs are legal on the Green

@Phivial - Yeah, Duwi/Green - One in the "same." I heard it's around Springbrook where the join "change" to become the other river.

Not like anyone cares but officially the difference between the Green and Duwamish was back in the day when the Cedar drained into the Black river which drained lake washington into the Green. The confluence of the Black and the Green (called the white at the time) down to the sound was called the duwamish. The old confluence is just down stream of the Fort Dent Soccer fields and can be seen from the bridge over the river. Now a dead end / Back Water looking hole - Could be stellar high water jig fishin. Again I could careless what people call it but it is fun history.
