Caught a bunch of Silvers today. Action was crazy fast. A lot of guys were using pink and peach color which I had no luck with at all. I changed to a pearlescent pink bead and salmon pink bead with black yarn- KILLED em. We, my two boys and myself filled our cards with 2 jacks kept. Here are three of them- all were very bright and tasted so very yummy as my youngest told me. He pulled in his big fish mid day. the sink is full of fish all about the same size with only one buck today

Nice! Was it the 8th or 18th for the report fishing day tho? Nice job either way. Not sure I can get out again but a report like this makes me want to try... Good job getting the young ones in on the action.

Nice fish. Pretty bright. I didn't stopped out today to check out the lower river and saw nothing.

Those don't look like jacks, they look like adult coho. FYI, your suppose to let the jacks go on the Green.

Its wierd that the report says "today" and the date says the 8th, perhaps it was lost in the system. Kzoo, you can keep up to six silver "jacks" under 20 inches. I don't know why you would post to let them go as it doesn't make any logical sense.

Total Brain Fart on my end. I thought you couldn't keep any salmon under 20". My apologizes.
Here are the salmon rules for the Green.
Min. size 12". Daily limit 6. Up to 3 adult COHO and CHUM
(combined) may be retained.
For some reason I thought it was 20" as well. I've been throwing them back!

Thanks all. Yeah the fishing day was on the 8th. I was a little slow on the uptake in posting them. I have been back several times and only have managed another 7 fish since then. in the past week I havent landed anything. My spot is full of zombie humpies and as far as I can tell absolutely no silvers. The two jacks are in the sink. Can kinda see one of the heads. Fishing the Green has pretty much died off. But I am crossing my fingers for another run before the chums get here. And the Jacks tasted the best out of all of them, had the darkest meat.
