First trip to my regular area on the green sine it reopened, downstream of the highway 18 bridge. Could see the schools of about ten fish come through sporadically. Seems like they are just starting to move into the area. Went 2-8. The two bucks were good sze, both between 6-7 pounds. Saw one 10lbs king get foul hooked, and released himself close to me by snapping the guys hook. The fish aren't very bright, but they are in great condition, and put up a very fun fight. Met and older gentleman, and his friend who was on day 2 of fishing for salmon in the river. Very pleasant company, had a lot of fun talking with them, hopefully going to be able to fish win them again on saturday.
