The boss's (not my wife) cousin was in town from AZ and wanted to catch some humpies. We had tried Monday evening without too much success, so we went down to the N. Fork to fish the end of the incoming tide, and had a blast. Once they showed up, it was fish on almost every cast for a little while. Doubled several times. I started messing around, and caught 2 on a pink worm and 1/4 oz. lead head. We kept a few for the grill, smoker, and the eggs....most were let go to try and escape the nets. All were fresh out of the salt and in great shape.
