Started about 5:20 AM below the Cannery in Sumner. Not as many people as I thought there would be. First thing there was a bite on and everyone was getting hits. I went 2 for for 5 then it went dead and not much going on. Packed it in and headed down river to Levee road below 66th street bridge. I hooked up with a couple guys (Dave and Jim) new to the river. Between us we hooked up 6 or 8 fish 2 to the beach that were kept. Bite seemed to be slowing shortly after we arived. Off the river about noon. New friends a few fish Great Day!!
