Thanx for the report :) Mine are in brine and there is NO SLIME (yeesh)! Just ask nate why not LOL. Poor fishes look like the seal had at them when I take them home.
Those bucks are biguns nate! I don't typically overestimate size and think that first caught buck we netted was pushing 6 pounds.
PS- how come U got to have hens? No fair. Can't believe my 3 were all bucks (none that big). And they were bright with no hump action at all. Fooled me until the gutting, thought I'd have AT LEAST one female. That's OK, one hen is all I need to have enough eggs for the limited fishing I do (yes bitchin' and whinin' meant to be overheard there). Hmm, guess that means gotta go out again to get one!

PS- the dipping sauce for eggrolls is sweet chili suace in a clear bottle (forget th eVietnamese name). if you hit up the international district of Seattle, say around 12th and Jackson, and look for Hau Hau or another Vietnamese/Chinese store you will find it if you ask for sweet chili dipping sauce. PS- I was strictly corky. nate changed up a little bit. I was casting out 20 feet or so. Oddly enough Nate can verify the darn things were hooked inside the mouth. Was waiting to see the outside-in hookup but these weird fish seemed to know how to open their mouth at just the wrong time. I doubt they could suddenly see a corky and go "OMG! FOOD!" in that water and grab it. Blind stupidity may have been the factor. We crackered off a few too.
