All this noise about fish in the Skagit pulled me there after work. Hook in the water about 1:00. Launched at Conway South fork, talked to some guys pulling out. There rig was busted into and every thing was taken, even the paper work on the truck..

Cop's said this has been at ALL launch's so be aware. Leave NOTHING in your rig.

Back to fishing, there was fish caught in the morning I guess, I ran up the South fork and tried here and there, nothing. Ended up at the fork, seen 1 on.... River is up and I think the fish will just scream on in and not hang around. Same with Coho.

Still, was real nice being in my boat, been a long dry year, glad is started.. : -)
