Went camping over by the Naches river and did some fishing there and fishing was tough ended up only catching one 5 or 6 inch cutthroat trout and one other follow. Even though fishing wasn't that great still had a fun time being on the river. Also fished this pond off of highway 410 on little Naches road not sure what it was called but saw other people fishing it so I tried and ended up catching more fish there in the 8-10 inch range. what surprised me most was that this little pond had cutthroat trout, rainbow trout, eastern brook trout, and dolly varden. All fish were unharmed and released safely. What worked the best for me was useing a bead head micro leech that i learned to tie off of youtube and i used my polarized glassess to watch them take it and FISH ON! My other fishing partners didn't have as much fun but still caught some fish. Also fished dog lake and will be posting another report for that. All in all very fun time camping/fishing. sorry no pictures had no reception on my phone and i use it to take pictures and since no reception turned it off and left it at camp.

That little pond is referred to as Quartz Creek Pond. Approx. 47° 07'14.75 N, 121° 08'20.20W, correct?

J-MICHAEL - Any luck with the elk? Because another reason for the camping trip was to check the area out for hunting. We did see 2 female elk on the main road as we were headed back to our camp. Also no problem for the report but just to let you know that river does not allow bait and did not see or hear of anything of size caught there but you may have better luck in the bigger river that runs along highway 410, talked to a guy that caught some bigger trout there, he was fly fishing and was using streamers

Ricky- I'm not sure how to look for what you gave to me so i can't confirm if it is correct or not but i did google quartz creek pond and i think you are right
