First time fishing the Sky from the bank and it wasn't a success. We hit the river for a few hours this afternoon about a mile east of Zeke's Drive In. My friend worked a pink jig under a float and I drifted a corky and yarn. No success. I did see a guy on the other side of the river bring in a fish, but other than that it looked like slim pickin's for the rest of us. I'll be honest, I've done a lot of salmon fishing but I'm a steely newbie. Lots to learn...
