Got on the lake about 3:00 PM, started fishing about a half hour later. Not a bite, tried poppers, repallas, spinners, worms. Had seen a couple of other boats with 2-3 fish. It wasn't until about 6:45-7:00 that I got my first strike after trolling again. They were tempermental though. They woudn't hit the flasher setup at all, but were all over my wedding ring. The color made the difference too. My son used my same setup but a different color, because I only had one, and they wouldn't touch it. I never seen a grown man act like that when he wasn't getting a bite. I would have limited but for one getting off the hook, and the biggest one at that at around 2 lb.
