OK, I'm going to give it a 5, because it's not only my first Steelie(s), but we had 2 limits by 9AM. But of the 30 or so fishermen fishing just below the hatchery, we only saw 7 fish caught....and we had 4 of them. one was caught on a black and purple jig and bobber, the other 3 were caught on eggs under a bobber.
I couldn't have done it without the help of the ol' Cogitator who cured the eggs and showed me where to fish. We got there at o-dark thirty, and home in time for lunch. A Great day.
