Got off work early today so went down to metzler to try a new jig I tied up the other day. It did not take long before it was bobber down! and fish on! then gone. Dang. Oh well keep on keepin on. Had quite a few take downs and managed too hook 6 total all on a pink yellow chartreuse and white jig with shrimp scent. And of course, somehow the only one I landed was snagged in the tail? haha all the fish were pretty ugly and did not see any that I would take home.

On a side note there is a small creek you walk over and there were 2 bright chum in there, both cleaned, both hens. Rippin the fish for the eggs. LAME.
