well i seen a report on here about the sol duc and the guy says drift fishing is pretty much flossing . I have been drift fishing for over 40 years and flossing isnt part of drift fishing if you know what your doing and drifting the seams theses fish will bite .. here is a picture of a nice coho my buddy caught .. 19 pounder .. we all caught fish there was 6 of us in our party we caught 14 fish in 2 days ,, released all but 4 ..

That is a nice coho!!! The river probably came way up on the 10th making it much tougher to fish... Sounds like U guys did very well!!

maybe he meant unintentionally, cause sometimes i'll floss one on accident... but i think when you say flossing you mean seeing a fish and trying to snag its mouth right? but right on with that nice hook nose buck thats a beautiful fish!

Nice fish. What are you using(drifting) that are getting fish like the one you are holding? Corky size, length of leader, how much weight, yarn no yarn, scent, size hook.
