went down to cowlitz to fish the pool at barrier dam, got there around 6am. started of glow balling til sunrise, hooked up 7 or 8 fish (i think they were all kings) but they kept snapping off. at sunrise i broke out the egg rod an free drifted eggs for a couple hours, nothing. my girlfriend didn't want to climb down the rocks so we moved down to the meatline for a couple of hours, nothing there either. again my girl didnt like like where we fishing so we pack up an headed towards the tilton to play with some fish. i did see 4 silvers caught in the pool and 3 in the meatline. was kinda slow from what i seen.
