Fished for an hour at 112th. I know the hole now. I know it's secrets. Two fish followed my bait to the shore and took it right at the shore. Tide was in and had just changed, the fish were biting at my silver and yellow blue fox spinner. My dad only had hip waders so he couldn't get out to the fish very well. After a successful scouting trip to Lake Kachess where we tested out my new fish finder before picking up the wife from work, met up with knotabassturd who is great! Look forward to fighting some silvers with you later! It's time to start fishing. The fish aren't holding in the lower river for long, but they were nice bright and shiny and full of energy! Next time I'm coming home with a limit so long as I can stay longer!

Great reports Nate! I fished the Duwamish a couple weeks back, lost one, since the numbers weren't there yet I hit the saltwater instead. I'll hit the Duwamish soon!

Alright! They are ALMOST lockjaw, i.e. waiting for last second before grabbing LOL. Certainly a big improvement from total lockjaw. There was a fair amount of water in the hole so I would have liked to be able to stick around and watch your techniques. Saw a seal and some rollers while I was there. The half dozen people I saw fishing had no hookups- I was there from about 3:45 to 4:30ish. But there were some fish out there.
Good running into you, your father, and Jack ;-)
