Took Jack Bauer to the river again for an hour before sunset. 112th st bridge. From the moment I got there, the fish were there. Bright silvers swirling and jumping around. They were moving up river. I couldn't get them to take anything I had. Only three other guys there braving the rain, but with waders and raingear, I was toasty. Forgot Jacks Lifejacket, so he opted to roll round in the mucky bank rather than float next to me like he usually does.
So Where are they going? Probably up river past 405 which isn't open til next month. But they're actually there, which is better than I've seen other places. Going to hit it up again tomorrow at first light, see what there is to see. Anybody have any secret weapons for these guys to get them to strike when they've got lockjaw? Going to hit up the lakes this weekend for Kokanee, that's gonna be a blast.
