Went to the Duwamish/Green River today before sunrise. Started at the river behind the community center there in south seattle. Big fish were rolling and getting eaten by the seals, but I think they were kings. No bites, drifted a corky, eggs, and cast a spinner. Went upstream to fish north green river park. That was nice. Started to rain. Same story. Fish rolling, I think they were kings, but I did see some bright shiny fish run through the hole upstream. Not sure. But there were sea run everywhere. Caught a couple squaw fish and a big bright shiny 17" sea run cutt. I've been catching a lot of those lately. It had me all excited because it fought real hard, I thought I had a nice lively jack silver on. Oh well, I'm gonna eat it for dinner tonight. Tight lines all!
