Went down to the mouth of the Skookumchuck and caught about 9# hatchery buck steelie at about 11 AM. Skookumchuck and Chehalis were both dirty and high from earlier rain, but dropping rapidly. Because of limited visibility, I fished with pink spin-n-glow and sand shrimp, 1/2 oz slinky - let it drift in, and then "plunked" fairly close to shore. Didnt see anyone else catch a fish all day, so I guess I was finally the one that everyone was jealous of.
