Ii hooked my buddy brian up a lamiglas i built from work and he was stoked to to use it so he was all over getting out. he picked me up at day light sunday morning and we headed out there. we got down to out normal hole and he was bouncing eggs/ sandshrimp and i was throwing spinners jigs eggs sandsrhimp corkeies just everything i had and after a few little hits we went up and walked down from the dam looking at some fish in unfishable water cause to close to the dam finally we hit a hole way down from the dam and saw a fish but there was no current so our presentations were not working at all so we were kind of dragging it across the bottom when my buddy yells fish on. nice chrome native winter fish with a beautiful red stripe down the side. after we landed we fished for a little while longer and got nothing else and left and stopped at a few places for a couple minutes on the way back on the washougal but got nothing. it was sooooooo sweet being the only people in the canyon when the sun started to come up over the hills i was speechless. and a couple minutes after that a huge bald eagle flew about 20 feet above our heads.
