St Joe and Coeur d’Alene Rivers,
Fishing on our North Idaho Rivers has continued to improve. More anglers are starting to make the drive up to the north fork of the Coeur d’Alene and the even longer drive down to the St Joe. Most of the day will still call for fishermen to fish deep water with nymphs. Popular flies include copper johns, princes, hare’s ears and pheasant tails. There can sometimes be a small hatch during the heat of the day. Be sure to bring along some small stone flies and midges in case you are around for the hatch. Tight Lines!
