Headed out to Forks on Friday night with a good friend. We were up and on the river at day light in my drift boat. The water was alittle lower than I like but thats the way it gos when you drive that far and only have two days to fish.Anyway,we were playing leap frog with another boat and dealing with the low water so the conditions were tough. The good news is the weather was all right and we managed to hook 4 fish the bad news was we managed to loose all 4.But it was an awsome day on the water with an old friend. On sunday we decided to float the Bogy on the lower end from Wilsons to Linedeckers. The weather started off kind of ugly but got better as the day went on.We had the entire drift to ourselves it was awsome no one at all !! The down side was the fishing was slow on the Bogy all over from what we heard and found. My buddy finally hooked really nice 10-12lb chrome bright fish and then he released it from about fifty. The rest of the float was great we had sun, eagles and a verry nice cuthroat that got us excited for about 5seconds on the last cast at the last hole right at the take out.The weekend was a lot of fun and I cant wait to get out and do it all over agin.Tight lines and take a kid fishin..........
