Hit the 115th street hole for a few. Saw a guy at the top of the hole foul hook a chum as I was tying up. Brought eggs and fished from the top of the hole to the middle, no takers. About 6 other guys there by the time I left. Saw one other guy catch a fish but it was a dolly about 2-3 lb. No steel caught or seen in the 3 hrs I was there. Never know unless you go.

yeah i went to the 96th st hole 2 diff times even and nothing.

Good to hear from ya ,there is chrome in the carbon and pu i hit 3-6 this year so far .Work the upper carbon mornings are best jigs and yarnballs are the ticket .Ive seen fish to possibly 20lbs caught and lotsa brats and 10-12 lbers as well.

can you fish at night on the carbon or puyallup for steelhead?

There are no Emergency Regulations currently in effect for the Carbon River, meaning that this body of water is as listed under the Westside Rivers – Special rules section on page 35 of the regulation pamphlet. The ALL SPECIES gear restrictions and Night Closure ended after November 30, so as of December 1, during an open season, the river falls under the Statewide Freshwater Rules as listed on page 30 of the pamphlet.

Right on ROB, good to hear from you, I was expecting to see you down there.
I'l l definitely be down there this week, the upper carbon that is.
Its a bit different this year up there, need to walk it and find the best holes again.
