Went to green lake April 16 and fished the south end between the crew house and the T-dock with power eggs. I took my girlfriend with me and she did fairly well... better than I did. (beginners luck) Im trying to get her into the fishing thing, not quite there yet. Her blue, pink, and purple powerbait mixture wasn't working to well so I got her so switch to the power eggs. This made her fishing a little more productive. We took home 4 fish for her to clean, cook, and eat. Not a bad day, excited for the opener so she can get a taste of what trout fishing should be.
